VPSS 4ie Weld is designed for easy offline welding programming, avoiding machine interruption and increasing productivity. Thanks to offline programming, the machine is continuously available for production, as it does not have to stop whilst the next job is prepared. As a result, production times can be significantly reduced.

Avoid machine interruptions.  Take full advantage of AMADA welding machines' capabilities. Fully automated can be used even by less experienced operators.

PRODUCT FILE IMPORT

The first step to increase your machine's productivity is to import, optimize and design your parts. The software allows you to import 2D/3D drawings, including PDF files, from all major CAD suppliers and preview them easily before you start working.

 

WELDING INSTRUCTIONS

For an optimum laser welding program preparation, using Production Designer, it is possible to add several welding attributes to the virtual sheet metal model. This will be then transferred to Weld CAM for further processing. Creating complex assemblies is significantly simplified.

 

MACHINE IDLE TIME REDUCED

The VPSS 4ie Weld allows users to create programs whilst the machine is running. Checking robot movements and table positioning is very easy.
Thanks to the intuitive interface, creating a laser welding program has never been easier. Once the file is imported, you can select the welds, set the head angle, define additional functions, such as separating welds and merging welds, and start the machine setup. The simulation will monitor the welding process and indicate collisions, etc.

 

PREVENT AUTO COLLISION

Due to the "Auto Collision Avoidance" settings, errors can be detected and eliminated in advance, significantly reducing machine downtime.
