PRODUCT FILE IMPORT

To ensure the optimal performance of your machines, it is key to import, optimise and design your parts right from the start. You can import 2D/3D drawings from all major CAD suppliers, including PDF files, and preview the imported files before beginning your job.  

GUIDED ROBOT PROGRAMMING - EASIER THAN EVER

VPSS 4ie ARBEND enables quick and intuitive robot programming. The "Programming Assist" feature automatically calculates the robot movements, bending sequences, tooling, etc. The robot feasibility check time is shorter than with conventional CAMs, and the "teaching" phase is reduced thanks to the "programming office".

 

AUTOMATIC BENDING PROCESS

Not enough experienced staff? VPSS 4ie ARBEND can help you solve this problem by automating programmes for bending robots. With these efficient automation capabilities, the software helps you reduce programming times due to automatic movement calculation, automatic tooling setup (ATC) and automatic bending correction (Bi-S). 

 

SIMULATING FORMING AND FASTENERS

Using the VPSS 4ie ARBEND for modelling of forms and fasteners allows for realistic collision checks in advance, ensuring an error-free robot production process. This allows for a high level of precision in the robot bending program as representing forms and fasteners are very accurate.

COMMON DATABASE

Due to a central database, all data can be stored and managed from one place across all technologies. The management parameter provides flexibility, allowing the user to transfer important data to the automatic process according to requirements.
