The ADP-7 allows the use of Amada CLASSIC and AIR BLOW punches and dies. It can hold up to seven A station forming or round dies. Setup and production times are reduced because the turret is not rotated during tool changes.
The 1/2" tool in the center receiver can be fully rotated to achieve a high degree of flexibility with standard tools. Seven mounting holes have a guide wedge at the 0° position, while the six outer die receivers have a guide in the 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° positions.
Quick and easy insertion of the tools is made possible by the ADP adapter 7. There is no need for special spacer rings, clips or springs, which would increase the set-up times.
